Suomenlinna loop, last paddle of the season
Launched from Kaivopuisto at nine. Calm inside the islands, a short chop crossing the ferry lane, so we waited for the big boat to pass. Water at 8 °C — drysuits from now on.
Two nights on Jurmo
Ferry from Pärnäs, then open water to the outer islands. Juniper, granite, and no trees at all on the western side. Fresh water is sold at the harbour shop; bring cash just in case.
